Yes premium service is available on messenger.

What should i do after credit card payment?
While you go for credit card payment ,it will ask you to fill details of your billing address and along with billing address you put your mobile number also. Or manually you can send us email with payment details.

When you send SMS for opening a position, do you give TARGET and STOP LOSS at the same time ? OR afterwards
We give all calls with stop loss and target, and stop loss and target are given in same SMS after that we track the open position.

Is subscription charges negotiable?
No all subscription rates mentioned on site is final.

Is your SMS service fast and does it reaches on time to us?
Yes our SMS service is very fast and generally it reaches in 3-5 seconds.

When will my subscription come into effect ? I mean , from 1st of month, or from the day of subscription , or depends on expiry of contract?
Subscription is Date to Date basis. Like if you subscribe on 10th of June then subscription will be counted from 10th of June and will continue till 10 July. You can subscribe from any date.

Is it necessary that i should have online trading terminal/account?
Not like this you can trade normally as you do in other segments. You can trade with your broker by phone also.

Are your tips in Call/Put is in liquid contracts ?
Yes we give option calls in most liquid contracts of Nifty Option.

Do i need to open Demat and trading account with you or i can trade in my existing account?
We do not offer any type of Demat and Trading account service. You can trade with your existing broker or with any broker you prefer.

Do you give support on Email and On phone to your clients?
Yes we do.

In case i do not know how to send email then how do i send my payment details?

Do you accept third party payment for subscription ?
If you do not have your cheque or due to some other reasons not able to pay from your account then can make payment from any other bank account. And send the payment details.

My service not activated even after 48 hours of payment what should I do?
There may be various reasons behind this delay but better is if service is not activated in 48 hours then you
contact us over the phone for the activation and send a SMS also on 09887766554 with the payment details.

Is it possible to change mobile number in the middle of month or any time during subscription period?
Yes you are allowed to change mobile number during subscription period.
